Research
To create a successful and user-friendly ecommerce site for everyone, I began with thorough competitor analysis to understand industry standards and spot opportunities for differentiation.
gathered and analyzed participant feedback to identify real user needs and pain points, ensuring the site would address what matters most to shoppers.
I also developed detailed personas and storyboards to map out typical user journeys, which helped prioritize essential features and refine the overall experience.
For the shop section, I set up a robust administrative backend to streamline order management, inventory tracking, and customer service, ensuring smooth operations and better service options.
Vision
My vision was to design an ecommerce platform that is intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable for all users.
I wanted the site to make online shopping simple and stress free, regardless of device or technical skill.
By focusing on clarity, seamless navigation, and trust-building elements, my goal was to create a platform where anyone can browse, find, and purchase products with confidence.
Please note, the website is live although still under development. For this reason, completing payments is currently disabled.
To achieve this vision, I focused on designing an attractive company logo and creating impactful marketing materials to strengthen our brand identity and support our promotional efforts.
Design
The design emphasizes clean, logical navigation and a clear visual hierarchy to guide users naturally through the shopping process.
Essential features like a prominent search bar, high quality product visuals, responsive layout, and secure payment options were implemented to enhance usability and trust.
Every design decision, from layout to color choices was made to support a smooth, inclusive, eye appealing and conversion focused shopping experience.
